This resource can be laminated and then posted in your classroom as you teach this unit. It displays the following facts. Earth's hydrosphere is made up of all the water on Earth. Oceans, rivers, lakes, and streams, clouds, rain, snow, groundwater that is found deep underground. The hydrosphere also includes all the water that is frozen in glaciers, ice caps, and the polar ice caps. All of this water is constantly moving around the Earth in a continuous cycle known as the water cycle. | |||||
