Decide whether air weighs anything and explain your answer.
Conduct the following experiment to see if air can weight anything.
Items needed: Identical balloons, pieces of string and a hanger.
Procedure: Blow up two balloons. Use two pieces of string that are the same size, tie them around the neck of each balloon. Hang the balloons on each end of the hanger.
NEXT: pop one of the balloons. Which side is heavier? (One side will be lower).
