Sharing ideas and information can be done in many avenues. Poems are a great way to show how ideas can presented in different ways. One of these paired texts are fictional and one is non fiction. Can your student distinguish which is which? Have them read the text and then answer the questions that follow.
The first poem is about what makes a hero. Students will learn the qualities that are needed to be classified a hero. They will then answer the questions on comprehension that follow.
