When your 3rd grade students have learned and studied the wetland habitat, this summative activity requires them to list what they know. Students should be able to recall 7 to 10 facts about the wetland habitat. The facts should include adaptations of animals and plants, types of wetlands found on earth (marshes, ponds, swamps, etc) and where a wetland may be found along with the typical climate of a wetland. It's helpful to list the types of plants and animals that are found in a wetland. This 3rd grade activity is available in google slides and in a printable. |
